Intense red ruby wine, with violaceous marked reflections, medium bodied, with fruity scent. Suited to a middle period of ageing.
“Our pride – specifies Dario Sciolla – is the Dogliani D.OC.G. San Bernardo, called as the church built near the vineyard. It’s ideal in the accompaniment to meat and games dishes as well as with cheese. Produced, 5.000 bottles per year are produced and aged in oak barrels. The structure is hard with a strong presence of tannins, distinguishing from that of the classic Dolcetto.”
