Denomination: Langhe D.O.C. Rosso
It is a very multifaceted wine with lots of differents scents: vanilla, fruits and spices. Superboum means pride from latin. It is inspired by the frescoes San Florence gothic chapel, from the ride of vices.

Bouquet: vanilla, different spices and fruity scents.
Taste: very persistant and powerful in the mouth.

Service Temperature: 18°-20 C
Production Process
Wine making: The Merlot is vinified in steel tank with a temperature of 28°C for 12 days and it is subjected to frequent repassing of must over the grapes dregs. The Dolcetto instead has got a more delicate vinification for 7 days at 25°C.
Improving: The Merlot is aged in barrique instead of the Dolcetto, which ages in big wooden barrels. Afterwards, the wine stays for six months in the bottle to improve its bouquet and its characteristics.
