We find a coherent line along all the range of wine of this company, wich is the result of the strong adherence to the terroir and the environment. A very valuable gamma, but we don’t find the exploit, maybe because we tasted very young wines, often bottled from few days.
The first prize for the best wine of the cellar is contended between the Dogliani San Bernardo ’08 and the Langhe Rosso Superboum ’07. The first one expresses the characteristics of tannic structure and power obtained from the best Dolcetto grape picked near Dogliani, enriched by the exceptional fineness and freshness of the grape picked on the Bastia Mondovì area. The second one distiguish for his aroma complexity: fresh berries, undergrowth scents and sappy drink.
Also the Livor ’09 is very notable. It’s a blend of Arneis and Sauvignon blanc grapes. You find particular scents of nettle and fresh grass and complex harmony of the taste.
