Bricco del Cucù, Langhe hills and that amazing Dolcetto, in Dogliani
You have to go over the most known villages of the Langhe, to join this slice of paradise. Its in fact far from the most visited places and here near the vineyards, you can find a diversified panorama with hazelnuts fields, lawns and woods. Here, not far from Dogliani, the Sciolla family cultivates vineyards since generations and produces great bottles and very expressive wines. The Dolcetto is the most representative vine of this area and is strictly connected to these hills. In fact all their wines are very elegant expressing their territorial link, as few others can do.

Not only Dolcetto. Dogliani is in fact an area suited to the cultivation of different grape varieties. The Superboum is the proof, a blend of Dolcetto and Merlot that has got the first ones fragrance and the second ones power. The result is a very agreeable wine, satisfying as few other wines of this price range.
