Dario Sciolla’s cellar is placed in the freshest and highest part of the typical Dogliani production area, where close to vineyards there are hazelnuts fields as well. Therefore, the Dolcetto has always a good acidity, even if it has a well structured body, which is obtained thanks to the good altitude and by a long maceration of the grape must and on the peel. This Dogliani ’13 tastes of black berries and bitter almond, and has a good acidity.
